As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the location of the hotel. It was close to the metro, tram, and ferry, making it easy for us to explore the city on foot. The rooms were spacious and always kept clean, giving us a comfortable place to relax after a long day of trekking. The noise insulation was impressive, considering the hotel's proximity to the tramway. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. The staff, especially the receptionist and Mr. Fatih, were incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable. And we can't forget the rooftop terrace where breakfast was served with a stunning view of the Bosphorus.

Great location: The hotel was centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. It was within walking distance of Sultanahmet Square and the Bazaar, and tour pick-ups were available right at the hotel. Reliable shuttle service: The hotel offered a shuttle service to the airport for a fee, convenient and reliable. It made traveling to and from the hotel hassle-free.
Noisy environment: Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise coming from the reception, lobby, and corridor, bothersome. It may be subjective, but if you're sensitive to noise, it might be a concern.

The location was superb, with easy access to transportation and all the major historical sites of this city. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and quickly arranged airport transfers for me. The breakfast, although not extensive, was fresh and sufficient. The hotel rooms were clean and spacious, especially considering the area.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Istanbul. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. The recently renovated room was impeccablynice and neat. The rooftop terrace with its amazing view of the Bosphorus made our breakfasts lovely. The staff, especially Mehtep Adigulel i Fatih, were really nice too make our trip nice. we highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in the perfect location, right in the center of everything and on a main street in a big city. The rooms have been renewed with a nice design and are very clean, and you even get a view of the tram line. The breakfast included a boiled egg with some veggies and some nice breads which is a great way to start the day.
No improvement needed, everything was perfect.

The hotel was located on a bustling street with plenty of options for breakfast and other amenities. It was also conveniently situated within walking distance of the main attractions in the historical center of the city. the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay for guests.
Some guests experienced a lack of cleanliness and outdated furniture in their rooms.
